Whilst we continue to provide personal training plans and coaching we have suspended our face to face services – swim sessions, 1:1 swim coaching, swim video analysis, sports massage and running gait analysis – for the time being. We are looking to re-introduce these services in early 2022.
We provide high quality sports massage, personal coaching and training plans to enable triathletes and single sport athletes to improve their performance whatever their level, experience and aspirations.
Andy Gardner offers sports and remedial massage therapy sessions, coaching for triathlon or single sports (run, bike or swim) and personal training.
Andy is a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). His massages will help you stay fit and healthy, build your strength and mobility and help you remain injury free. Should you pick up an injury, Andy can provide a comprehensive rehabilitation programme to get you back on track.
He is a British Triathlon Level 3 Accredited coach and has been coaching for over 10 years. He is friendly and approachable and has coached all ages and abilities from novices to elite athletes.

We provide a swim video analysis service that will enable you to see how you swim and you will take away a DVD of your session which includes commentary and examples of stroke correction drills.
Our gait analysis service lets you see your running technique and will help highlight areas for improvement. It will also provide information that will enable you to make a better choice when selecting your next pair of running shoes.
